Down in the Valley

Jon Jones and Sons is led by Jon Jones. A technical designer for 27 years and a

hobbyist craftsman in woodworking for nearly 35 years, Jon has a deep passion for music that spans back through his family for generations. As a direct descendant of the Russell family that first settled the area, Jon is deeply rooted in his community, and his children are the sixth generation on the family farm in Ironton. Jon has and continues to share his homemade musical instruments with the community and at local festivals. It's the hope of Jon Jones & Sons to extend this love of music and art to the public through his work.
